John Boland, Owner of Boland Industrial has performed vibration and noise analysis and readings on three vessels we have recently completed for the Navy. In all three cases, we have found John to be right on the mark with locating vibration and noise problems. He has in evry case solved problems and suggested corrective actions that brought the vessels within acceptable Navy standards after tests and trials. The tuning of vibration isolators and diesel engines is an area John has a knack for doing and has saved our company untold hours in accomplishing this job.
